Mandatory Notice: By accessing the Enthral Media digital clearinghouse, reviewing preview excerpts, or commissioning any syndicated intelligence report or B2B growth service, your organization enters into a legally binding contract governed by the stipulations set forth below.
Acceptance of Covenant & Capacity
These Terms and Conditions constitute a valid agreement between Enthral Media and the commissioning party. By accessing this platform, you affirm that you have attained legal majority and possess authoritative corporate authority to bind your principal entity or employer.
Intellectual Property & License Scope
All quantitative market models, forecast matrices, qualitative analyses, and tabular datasets hosted on this clearinghouse are protected by international copyright conventions and trade secret laws. Upon payment clearance, client acquires a non-exclusive, revocable license strictly delineated as follows:
Access limited strictly to 1 designated corporate analyst. No sharing or internal intranet mirroring.
Multi-seat deployment for up to 5 collaborators or unified campus site intranet.
Worldwide distribution across all corporate subsidiaries, affiliates, and executive boards.
Sublicensing, onward transmission, resale, public dissemination, or reverse engineering of data tables is categorically prohibited without express written authorization.
Settlement Terms & Currencies
All fees are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless explicitly invoiced in EUR or GBP. Settlement is due prior to asset dispatch via verified enterprise credit cards, PayPal corporate accounts, or authorized direct wire transfer.
For corporate wire transfers, assets are delivered immediately upon notification of financial clearance by our depository institutions.
Fulfillment & Electronic Dispatch
Market intelligence deliverables are provided exclusively via cryptographic electronic transmission (PDF folios and companion XLSX statistical workbooks) to the corporate email designated during checkout. Dispatch is routinely completed within 24 business hours.
Disclaimer of Investment Guarantees

The aggregate liability of Enthral Media for any and all claims shall not exceed the exact monetary amount remitted for the specific report in question.
Governing Law & Arbitration
This agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract shall be submitted to the competent courts of Fulton County, Georgia, or settled via confidential arbitration under ICC rules.
